Each organisation has its own admins, who add professionals, assign a role from the allowed list, block or reactivate them and resend invitations. Sections are gated by permission — team management, club finance, injury surveillance — and the organisation scope always comes from the authenticated token, never from the request.

Consent is versioned by policy: when the policy changes, login is gated until the athlete accepts the new version, and each professional carries their own policy version. Personal data is separated from clinical data, and every clinical action is tied to the professional who performed it.

Yes. Upload one A4 file for the organisation and it prints behind every page of every generated document, in portrait and landscape alike. Group reports are generated asynchronously and notified when ready, so a long report never times out.
